Lazy day. Managed to save some protein from the botched batch. Ran UV-VIS on my new myoglobin samples, they look very good. Was going to do the ESI-MS on them and some samples a colleague asked me to do for her, but the machine is down. Sitting here graphing some data, tuned in live to Trance Around the World.
